Jerbventory is being tested with individual card-show vendors and serious collectors who sell. Use this page for setup help, feedback, and problems important enough to stop a test.
Contact and feedback
Email jafana@jerbventory.com with the device type, app version, what you were trying to do, what happened, and what you expected. For TestFlight builds, you can also submit feedback from the TestFlight app.

- Add or import a small sample of Inventory—not your entire business.
- Create a Draft Show and choose the exact cards and quantities you are bringing.
- Record a sale, bundle or trade, expense, and one Quick Capture that needs review.
- Finish anything in Needs Review, count the remaining Inventory, and close the Show.
- Save a backup somewhere other than the phone before adding more beta data.
Stop testing and contact us immediately if
- Inventory quantity, cost, money, or closeout values are wrong.
- Collection cards appear in sellable Inventory or Show totals.
- Undoing a deal changes Inventory more than once or alters a completed Show.
- A backup fails its check or restoring it appears to lose valid records.
- A private photo appears outside the transaction or backup you selected.
Before sending files or screenshots
Remove customer information, payment details, addresses, private card photos, and any business data you do not want to share. Do not email a full Jerbventory backup unless we specifically agree on a safe transfer method first.
